The night is cold and bleak, the moon hanging low. A young girl is standing in the same cold, pondering the end of a life she lost long ago. How could a lost soul like her start again?

FILMMAKER INTERVIEW

What do you want the audience to take away from the film?

I want the audience to be curious about the character and want to learn more about her life and what she might have gone through.

Which scene did you have an absolute blast filming and why?

Perhaps my favorite scene to produce was the second one, with the 3D and 2D showing off quite well. While it was a very complex scene to produce, I found it fun to see what would come out of it.

Why are opportunities like Film Prize Junior important to students like you?

Opportunities such as these are important because they allow me to show off my work to an audience I would not usually have.

What obstacles challenged you and your crew the most when completing this film? What did you learn from making this short film?

The hardest part about producing the film was time management. It tried implementing the 3d model with the 2d animation and 2d backgrounds.

What advice would you give to future participants in Film Prize Junior?

I would advise learning how to manage your time and find a balance.
