I think that my film is important because it shows how not just people with epilepsy but with other conditions can make the best of what they have. I also want to show the incredible importance of family when it comes to struggles like these.

I highly enjoyed the interview with Adrian because I got to see how he was able to live with the conditions he had and the drive he had to accomplish his goals. I could see how he was coming through strongly especially when he made jokes like him being hungry.

Competitions like this allow students to express creativity and find an opportunity to pursue things they enjoy. I am planning to major in film and I believe this competition has been something that will prepare me for my major and also increase my passion for film.

I think that the biggest challenge I had was making the best of my equipment and finding times when my actors were available. In a perfect world, my actors would be ready when I scheduled them to but especially when working with my family I found that things do not always work out as planned.

I would advise you to never give up on your film. There were many moments when I thought I wouldn’t be able to get it finished. I kept on going and somehow to my surprise, I managed to get it done. I still think there is much more I could do to make it better but I got done all I could with the time I was given and have something I feel proud of.
