We want to raise awareness about mental health struggles linked to social media and online bullying. We want our audience to know that they are not alone in their struggles; there is always someone to help them.

When we recorded our main actress Alexa Chavez waking up from bed and looking right away at her phone to check her messages, being able to see what other people would text her and her reactions.

It opens doors to the future, giving us the opportunity to get out of our comfort zones. Opportunities like NM film prize allow us to learn more about ourselves and learn new skills like how to record a film, allowing students to improve themselves each and every day.

The editing process of the video became a challenge when we lost audio on several of our track within Premiere Pro. We learned that we always need to create a backup copy of our work and have a backup plan in case things go wrong.

The advice I would give to future participants is to have good time management and plan for technology issues!
